TAKE A BREATH
20 – 27 March 2022
Dedicate your time & energy to find conscious breathing and reconnect to yourself.
What to expect
This week is about deepening your breath, moving your body, finding stillness and giving yourself the permission to feel all feelings. Reconnect to yourself, your breath and to likeminded people around you.
Enjoy your time-out in the mountains with a vast ocean view and invite the power of breath, movement and togetherness into this memorable experience to nourish your body, mind and soul.
This is for everyone who is longing for a little self-care time with ease in the sun.
ps: If you suffer from Longcovid or Asthma – this retreat is also for you. Please get in touch if you have any specific questions or concerns.
We start with a routine in the morning on a daily changing focus. After brunch the days will be designed beautifully diverse. Every activity is optional – just join whatever touches your heart.
After a cup of tea your day starts with meditation, pranayama and yoga. Our days end around 10pm in noble silence and a good night sleep after watching the starry sky.
Be ready for daily pranayama, 2 Yoga sessions per day, regular sharing circles, cacao ceremony, sound bath, beach day, hikes, mindful practices and a lot of free time to spend how ever you like. There will be singing and dancing but also time to just be and rest. Drinks & healthy snacks are provided all day long.
„The nature of Masca, the birds singing in the valley, the clean oxygen, the freshness of the spring water, the shapes of the rocks, the illumination of the stars at night and the wide mountain views will activate all your senses to reconnect and find your love inside.“ – the owners
The Retreat location is connected to the ‚Yogini Rosa Foundation‘ which was founded by Monique and her partner after she recovered from brestcancer. As Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation helped her to get through and heal, they wanted to help other affected women to return to their power. The revenue made from guest hosts is going into the foundation so around 50 women per year can join a retreat for free. Beautiful, right?
Your Karma will be uplifted as with joining this retreat you not only do something good for your, but also for others.

Nadja is a cert. yoga and pranayama teacher, purpose and mindfulness coach. She is focused on supporting people in taking the first step to find out who they truly are and what they really want in life. Integrating mindfulness in companies and creating events are other pillars of her working persona.
She will be your overall retreat guide, teach pranayama in the morning and slow flow yoga in the evening. Seven years ago she fell in love with Yoga. and studied Yoga in Rishikesh, India.
After the Covid infection Nadja dove deeper into mindfulness, the power of breath and slowed down the pace of her yoga sessions due to post viral asthma. With this retreat and her regular offerings, she wants to share what makes her feel good.
